The Venezuela Obstacle Sports Federation @ocrvenezuela is completing one year of foundation this April (29). The organization, which has as president Professor and Specialist in Physiology, Mr Kerwin Neuman Becerra @prof.newman, plays a leading role in Latin America and has actively represented the country in several international competitions with #OCRTeamVenezuela.

In 2021, the federation has two competitions on the calendar, the “Batalla de Tribus” @batalladetribus which are scheduled to take place on July 4-5 in Guayana and on September 5 in Margarita. In addition to participating in the World Obstacle Virtual Series last year, the Venezuelan federation has been organizing events and building the local community through online activities. The Venezuelans have not only mediated virtual OCR challenges but have also developed OCR courses in partnership with the Colombian federation. Currently, the federation has nine affiliated clubs throughout the country.
