UIPM EOSF OCR CONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

The Ninja European Championships are the official Ninja championships for Europe.

Races are open to elite and amateur athletes across each age group. Athletes from all countries are welcome to participate, but only citizens and permanent residents of countries in Europe are eligible for awards. National Teams and qualification criteria are specified by the national federation in each country.

The Ninja European Championships is the official Obstacle Course Racing Championships for Europe, under regulations of the European Obstacle Sports Federation and UIPM, organized by Česká Asociace Překážkových Sportů CAPSthe

The OCR European Championships are the official OCR championships for Europe. Individual medals are awarded in competitive categories, elite and age group (Gold, Silver and Bronze). This is the 11th year of the European Championships and is being organized and hosted by Estonian Obstacle Course Race Association (EOCRA)
