The OCR Southeast Asian Championships are the official championships for the countries in the Southeast Asian. Individual medals are awarded in elite categories (Gold, Silver and Bronze). Register here
Races are open to elite and amateur athletes across all age groups. Athletes from all countries are welcome to participate, but only citizens and permanent residents of countries in Asia are eligible for awards.
The OCR Southeast Asian Championships are produced by the Malaysian Obstacle Racing Sports Association, local and international partners.
The OCR Pan American Championships are the official championships for the continental Americas. Individual medals are awarded in elite categories (Gold, Silver and Bronze).
Races are open to elite and amateur athletes across all age groups. Athletes from all countries are welcome to participate, but only citizens and permanent residents of countries in the Americas are eligible for awards.
The OCR Pan American Championships are produced by the OCR Costa Rica, local and international partners, with oversight by the Pan American Obstacle Sports Federation.

The OCR European Championships are the official OCR championships for Europe. Individual medals are awarded in competitive categories, elite and age group (Gold, Silver and Bronze). This is the 9th year of the European Championships and the second time it is being organized and hosted by FPOCR.
Races are open to elite and amateur athletes across each age group. Athletes from all countries are welcome to participate, but only citizens and permanent residents of countries in Europe are eligible for awards. National Teams and qualification criteria are specified by the national federation in each country.
The OCR European Championships is the official Obstacle Course Racing Championships for Europe, under regulation of OCR Europe, the European Obstacle Sports Federation.
The Latin American OCR Championships are the official OCR championships for Latin America. Individual medals are awarded in competitive, elite and Age Group categories (Gold, Silver and Bronze). This is the fourth year of the OCRLATAM Latin American Championship and the first time they are organized and hosted by Beast Race OCR Chile and ASOCHI Chile.
Athletes classified in the Elite and Age Group categories and not classified in the Open format. Athletes from all countries that are part of Latin America and North America can participate, but only citizens and residents of countries that are part of OCRLATAM can opt for the awards. The national teams and the classification criteria are specified by the national federation of each country.
Each participating qualified athlete will be able to add points to their selection and thus obtain the trophy for their country called – OCR AMERICA CUP
The OCRLATAM Championships are the official obstacle course championships in Latin America, regulated by the Latin American Subcontinental Obstacle Course Confederation.

WHO CAN COMPETE?

The OCR Nordic Championships are the official OCR championships for Nordic countries, held during the OCR World Cup EU. Individual medals are awarded in competitive categories, elite and age group (Gold, Silver and Bronze). Register here
Races are open to elite and amateur athletes across each age group. Athletes from all countries are welcome to participate, but only citizens and permanent residents of countries in Nordic Countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden) are eligible for awards.
The 2025 OCR Nordic Championships are supervised and produced by Tors Trophy, local and international partners.
The OCR Oceania Championships are the official championships for the countries in the Pacific region. Individual medals are awarded in elite categories (Gold, Silver and Bronze). Registration and race information here.

The OCR Oceania Championships are produced by Spartan Race local and international partners, with oversight by the OSF Asia-Pacific.
