What is Parkinson’s disease?

In a series of podcasts in conjunction with Parkinson’s UK, adventurer Alex Flynn (diagnosed 2008) talks to people about how they have been changed by Parkinson’s. Whether they know someone with the disease or are living with Parkinson’s themselves, each episode gives an insight into their lives.

In the third episode of the series, the guest is FISO President Ian Adamson. Ian talks about a childhood filled with adventure, walking across China, becoming a professional athlete and his life as one of the top adventure racers in the world. He also speaks about the development of World Obstacle (FISO) and bringing athletes with disabilities into obstacle sports, to how Parkinson’s has touched his life and so much more.
